This page allows you to download reports available through the QIES Desk portal. You can access the report from the search bar by typing "CMS QIES Reports".


You may download two types of reports through the portal:

  • Automatic reports will appear in the list as soon as they become available from CMS. 
  • Manual reports must be requested as per the instructions below.


Filters

You can filter the list of reports in numerous ways, such as by facility, name, or date requested. These filters appear across the top of the table.


Downloading a report

Any report with the status "completed" can be downloaded immediately by pressing the download button at the far right.


Requesting a report

If your report is not in the existing list:

  1. Press the “Request CMS Report” button at the top of the page. This will open a sidebar to the right of the screen.
  2. Choose the report type. Based on what you choose, you may need to specify additional report parameters.
  3. After all the options are chosen, press “Submit Report”.


New requests will be added to the top of the reports list, with the status "Requested". Once QIES receives the request, this status will change to "Pending". When the report arrives, this status will change to "Completed" and a download button will appear.

After requesting a report, please allow up to 10 minutes for it to be ‘Complete’ and ready for download.
