This report allows you to examine and export Quality Measure (QM) data trends at any facility.  You can access the report from the search bar by typing "QM Analyzer Report".


Display the control chart

This line chart will only appear once a QM and at least one facility has been selected.

  1. Select a QM from the menu.
  2. Select one or more locations from the facility menu.
  3. Optionally: adjust the time series for your results.
  4. Optionally: select one or more comparison groups to contextualize your results.


Each line of data is color-coded according to the key below the line graph. The light gray area behind the lines represents the range of the upper and lower control limits (UCL and LCL).


Once the control chart is visible, hovering over any data point along one of the lines in the chart will display the numeric values for that data point. 


You can also examine the patient data behind the chart:


Reveal patient data

Once the control chart is visible, pressing on any data point along one of the lines in the chart will display the full data point values below the chart. It will also display data tables of the patients who make up the numerator and denominator of that value.


Export chart data

You can export and download the chart data in Excel format by following these steps:

  1. Press or hover on the chart.
  2. Press on the "3-dots" icon in its upper right corner.
  3. Choose "Export Data" from the menu.
  4. In the popup window, press "Export" to download the data for Excel.
