Residents with an active order for Antidiabetic Medications (GPI begins with 27) should be included on this audit.

  1.  MD Order Details - Medication name(Q1903)

    1. Location in PCC:

      1. Orders

    2. Business Rule:

      1. IF a resident has an MD order for anticoagulant medication,
        THEN the order must include the Medication name

    3. Due Date:

      1. Within 24 Hours of the order

    4. Is classified as missed on the report:

      1. N/A

    5. Is no longer relevant to the report:

      1. If the order is no longer active

  2.  MD Order Details - Dosage (Q1909)

    1. Location in PCC:

      1. Orders

    2. Business Rule:

      1. IF a resident has an MD order for anticoagulant medication,
        THEN the order must include the Dosage amount

    3. Due Date:

      1. Within 24 Hours of the order

    4. Is classified as missed on the report:

      1. N/A

    5. Is no longer relevant to the report:

      1. If the order is no longer active    

  3.  MD Order Details - Route of administration(Q1910)

    1. Location in PCC:

      1. Orders

    2. Business Rule:

      1. IF a resident has an MD order for anticoagulant medication,
        THEN the order must include the Route of administration

    3. Due Date:

      1. Within 24 Hours of the order
