Residents Included

All residents who had an alert cleared from the hot list within the past 72 hours.

Business Rules

Tasks:

1. Alert Note - “Alert Note” Progress Note in place following the cleared hotlist alert. (Q2701)

   1. Location in PCC:

      1. Progress Notes

   2.  Business Rule:

      1. IF a resident has an alert cleared from the hot list,
         THEN there must be a progress note that is the “Alert Note” type

   3. Due Date:

      1. Within 1 Hour of the cleared alert

   4. Is classified as missed on the report:

      1. The end of the day of the due date.

   5. Is no longer relevant to the report:

      1. If the resident has been discharged.
